Cold plunge guys helped us outfit our new recovery studio and the customer service from Mitch was above and beyond

We just launched a contrast therapy studio and after lots of research and conversations went with cold plunge guys. Mitch was amazing throughout the entire process and was right there beside us building the saunas. Everything has functioned flawless so far couldn’t be happier!

Love our new cold plunge from Cold Plunge Guys! The barrel itself is really beautiful, even better in person than in photos. We have the Balboa chiller to go along with the barrel — had a couple hiccups setting it up, but Cold Plunge Guys were super responsive and helpful with getting it up and running. To that point, the customer service at Cold Plunge Guys is unmatched — A++. If they charged a premium for their cold plunge — which they don’t — it would be worth it for the customer service alone. As for the cold plunge experience itself — it’s so much harder to do than the influencers on the gram make it seem, but the feeling after is just amazing. No regrets!

Bottom line, there are alternative places to purchase these Sauna units, BUT I can NOT imagine ANY of them will give you their cell phone numbers and emails like the Cold Plunge Guys do! Custonmer service is a lost art in so many businesses today, but NOT at CPG! The follow-up calls/emails that I asked for and received were amazing, and I feel like I was a little high maintenance... lol. I'm so happy with my purchase from CPG and would highly recommend them.

There is no way their care and personal attention could be matched!
