These guys are AMAZING! I’d leave 10 stars if I could. We purchased a barrel sauna and cold plunge from them in fall 2025. They were absolutely terrific to work with! Our contractor and electrician had many (many) questions, all were promptly and kindly answered. They even customized our order by selling an extra long cord so we could install control panel inside for extra protection in MN winters. Shipping and delivery was a breeze. We are using our sauna daily and love it! Zero hesitation recommending this company! Thank you Johnny and Mitch for all your help!!!

Researched many saunas for many months. Finally landed on this one. Only complaints i have are the instructions weren't very well written and the trim on the outside was very difficult to put together. We use it almost daily.

Super stoked about the new sauna. I ended up with a beautiful 2-3 person cedar sauna with a huum heater. It’s perfect. These guys were helpful in choosing the right size, type, etc.

We just launched a contrast therapy studio and after lots of research and conversations went with cold plunge guys. Mitch was amazing throughout the entire process and was right there beside us building the saunas. Everything has functioned flawless so far couldn’t be happier!

Love our new cold plunge from Cold Plunge Guys! The barrel itself is really beautiful, even better in person than in photos. We have the Balboa chiller to go along with the barrel — had a couple hiccups setting it up, but Cold Plunge Guys were super responsive and helpful with getting it up and running. To that point, the customer service at Cold Plunge Guys is unmatched — A++. If they charged a premium for their cold plunge — which they don’t — it would be worth it for the customer service alone. As for the cold plunge experience itself — it’s so much harder to do than the influencers on the gram make it seem, but the feeling after is just amazing. No regrets!

Bottom line, there are alternative places to purchase these Sauna units, BUT I can NOT imagine ANY of them will give you their cell phone numbers and emails like the Cold Plunge Guys do! Custonmer service is a lost art in so many businesses today, but NOT at CPG! The follow-up calls/emails that I asked for and received were amazing, and I feel like I was a little high maintenance... lol. I'm so happy with my purchase from CPG and would highly recommend them.
