A sturdy foundation is essential for your sauna. Tile, hardwood floors, and concrete are good options for your sauna. We do not recommend putting the sauna directly on carpet.

The Himalayan-Series is designed to be one of the most affordable home sauna option on the market. The Hemlock construction is extremely durable and will last many years of daily use. The Near-Zero EMF technology (under 2mg when 2-3" from the heaters) is an upgrade from the Eco-Series. The max temp is 150ºF for IR use. If you'd like a higher max sauna consider getting the Hybrid version or checking out the FD-Series that have a 170º IR use max.
