DELIVERY DETAILS

This sauna heater is delivered fully assembled. It may be delivered Ground shipping or by a freight truck depending on size, weight, and location. If a freight truck is required, we'll reach out to schedule a delivery appointment. It may arrive on a wooden pallet for solid protection. The driver is responsible for “curbside delivery only” and will provide limited assistance at the site. Prior to shipping this product, we contact customers to share shipment details & needs, and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses. Our goal is to ensure your project’s success.
