Indoor Infrared Sauna - HIMALAYAN SALT BAR collection

details

While traditional dry heat saunas rely on heating the air around you, infrared saunas take a different approach. They harness advanced light therapy to stimulate heat generation from within the body, enabling a more profound sweat experience at a lower temperature.

Equipped with the upgraded Carbon PureTech™ Near Zero EMF Heat Emitters, it's designed to create the safest possible infrared experience.

The sauna plugs into any dedicated 20 amp 120 volt outlet so no special wiring is required and the sauna may be installed on carpet and at any indoor location including the basement, garage, master bath or walk-in closet.

PureTech™ Near Zero EMF Heaters

EMFs, or electromagnetic fields, are a type of energy that radiates from various sources, including electrical appliances, power lines, and electronic devices. They encompass a broad spectrum of frequencies, with low-frequency EMFs originating from household appliances and high-frequency EMFs from wireless communication devices. Concerns about the potential health effects of EMFs have led to ongoing research and discussions regarding their impact on human well-being.

"Low electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are especially important! We used a triaxial EMF tester to confirm the levels inside the sauna, and indeed they were very low – about 1.5 milligaus when touching the heating elements, and about 6 inches away it was near zero. That’s acceptable."

Why we love infrared

Infrared light is renowned for its remarkable ability to deeply penetrate the body, effectively relaxing muscles and providing relief from tension. Many individuals have reported experiencing its therapeutic benefits, such as enhanced circulation and the alleviation of minor aches and pains. Some have even found that infrared light can have a positive impact on their immune system, contributing to an overall sense of well-being and vitality.

Despite operating at lower temperatures, around 140 degrees Fahrenheit, infrared saunas can induce a satisfying sweat, making the experience both comfortable and effective.

In comparison, traditional dry heat saunas often reach much higher temperatures, which some individuals may find less tolerable. While both sauna types can provide relaxation, the deeper heat penetration of infrared saunas and the ability to sweat comfortably at lower temperatures make them a popular choice for those seeking a more enjoyable and therapeutic heat therapy experience.
