A sturdy foundation is essential for your outdoor sauna. Compact gravel, concrete slabs, brick, or other patio surfaces are good options. We do not recommend putting the sauna directly on grass.

Each barrel combines Spectrum Plus infrared panels with a traditional 4.5kW heater, so you can run infrared, steam up to 190°F, or both. The FD-6 is 1.5" Western Canadian Cedar; the FD-7 is 1.5" full-length Thermo-Aspen.
