Description

Thermo-Radiata Pine is radiata pine that has been heat-treated to drive out moisture and resins, leaving a dimensionally stable board that resists warping and checking in the wet-dry cycles of a sauna environment. The 1x4 profile — milled to 15mm thick by 90mm wide — gives each plank a clean, proportional face that works well on both walls and ceilings.

The nickel-gap tongue and groove profile creates a consistent reveal between boards as they're installed, producing a lined shadow line across the surface without any additional routing or spacing work on your part. Boards are available in lengths from 1 foot through 10 feet, so you can minimize waste by selecting the length that best matches your wall height or ceiling run.

Sauna wood is not free shipping. Length, piece count, profile, and weight set the rate. These are the Bathing Brands contiguous-US flat rates. Canada is the same table plus $100. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote addresses are quoted.

Under 40 pieces generally ships FedEx Ground in cardboard. Over 40 pieces generally ships LTL with a liftgate on a wood pallet. The longest board in the order sets the rate tier.
