Description

This inside corner trim is milled from thermally modified radiata pine — a species treated with heat rather than chemicals to reduce its moisture content and improve dimensional stability. In a sauna environment where humidity and temperature swing repeatedly, that stability means the trim holds its profile and fit over years of use.

Cut to a 1×2 nominal profile (14 mm × 30 mm actual), the pieces are sized to close the gap where two interior wall panels meet at a corner, giving the finished sauna a clean, consistent line. Eight lengths — 1 through 8 feet — let you match the trim run to your wall height without unnecessary seams or waste.

Key Features

Thermally modified radiata pine: heat treatment reduces the wood's moisture absorption, which limits swelling, shrinking, and warping through repeated sauna cycles.
14 mm × 30 mm (1×2) profile: a slim, proportional size that covers inside corner gaps without projecting awkwardly into the sauna interior.
Inside corner geometry: purpose-cut to seat flush where two wall surfaces meet at 90°, eliminating exposed panel edges and the gaps that collect moisture.
Eight length options (1 ft – 8 ft): choosing the right length minimizes cut waste and avoids joints mid-run, which keeps the corner line visually unbroken.

1'

292 mm finished length — suits low knee-wall sections or short fill pieces

2'

Approximately 610 mm — useful for benching or lower accent trim runs

3'

Approximately 914 mm — common for partial-height divider corners

4'

Approximately 1219 mm — fits half-height wall sections

5'

Approximately 1524 mm — covers mid-range wall heights with a single piece

6'

Approximately 1829 mm — spans most standard sauna wall heights without a joint

7'

Approximately 2134 mm — suited to taller interiors or full corner runs in higher rooms

8'

Approximately 2438 mm — maximum available length for the tallest interior corners

LUMBER CURBSIDE FREIGHT — QUOTED

Lumber ships curbside freight. The quote is based on the amount of lumber ordered. Our team will provide a freight quote after checkout.

This is the only shipping option when the order includes lumber, including an order that also has a heater. Checkout does not offer another shipping choice on that order.

CURBSIDE

The driver brings the lumber to ground level. Boards over 8 feet ship on a pallet and may need a dock or hand offload. That is part of the quote. We confirm access before it ships.

Great Cold Plunge Tub

This is a great cedar-sided cold plunge tub. I spent a considerable amount of time researching cold plunge tubs and wanted one with real ceder wood to fit my sauna room. It also has a durable heat pump, compared to lower-quality chillers. I have had it a few months and no issues. Also, in the pics below, I have the chiller, which is about a 2' x 2' cube plumbed to a different space for a clean sauna room look. I would highly recommend this tub and the price is less than some on the market.

These guys are AMAZING!

These guys are AMAZING! I’d leave 10 stars if I could. We purchased a barrel sauna and cold plunge from them in fall 2025. They were absolutely terrific to work with! Our contractor and electrician had many (many) questions, all were promptly and kindly answered. They even customized our order by selling an extra long cord so we could install control panel inside for extra protection in MN winters. Shipping and delivery was a breeze. We are using our sauna daily and love it! Zero hesitation recommending this company! Thank you Johnny and Mitch for all your help!!!

What a wonderful sauna!

Researched many saunas for many months. Finally landed on this one. Only complaints i have are the instructions weren't very well written and the trim on the outside was very difficult to put together. We use it almost daily.
