Thermo-aspen is heat-treated to reduce the wood's natural moisture content and resin activity, which means the boards remain more dimensionally stable through the repeated wet-dry cycles of sauna use. The 1x5 nominal profile — measuring 15 mm thick by 120 mm wide — offers a substantial feel underhand while keeping individual boards light enough for straightforward single-person installation. Tongue and groove milling locks each course in alignment and distributes any seasonal movement evenly across the wall.

Boards are available in five lengths — 1, 6, 7, 8, and 10 feet — so you can order to match your bench runs, wall heights, or ceiling spans and keep cut waste to a minimum.

Under 40 pieces generally ships FedEx Ground in cardboard. Over 40 pieces generally ships LTL with a liftgate on a wood pallet. The longest board in the order sets the rate tier.
