This thermo-radiata pine 1x1 trim is milled smooth on all four sides with eased edges (S4SEE), giving you clean, splinter-free lines wherever trim work is needed in your sauna build. The 21mm × 21mm profile is consistent across every length, so pieces from different packs align without adjustment.

Thermo-radiata pine has been heat-treated to reduce its moisture content and improve dimensional stability — an important quality in the humidity cycles of a sauna environment, where untreated softwoods can cup, twist, or check over time. Available in eight lengths from 1 ft to 8 ft, you can select exactly what your project requires and minimize off-cuts.

Sauna wood is not free shipping. Length, piece count, profile, and weight set the rate. These are the Bathing Brands contiguous-US flat rates. Canada is the same table plus $100. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote addresses are quoted.

BOARDS UP TO 8'

Under 40 pieces generally ships FedEx Ground in cardboard. Over 40 pieces generally ships LTL with a liftgate on a wood pallet. The longest board in the order sets the rate tier.
