Thermo-Aspen 2×3 S4SEE SHP is kiln-dried, thermally modified aspen milled to a 28 mm × 65 mm profile with smooth faces on all four sides and eased edges. The thermally modified process drives out moisture and resins at high temperatures, producing a dimensionally stable board that resists the swelling, shrinking, and warping that untreated softwoods experience in the heat and humidity cycles of a sauna.

The S4SEE (Smooth 4 Sides, Eased Edges) finish means every face is ready to install without additional sanding or planing, and the softened edge profile reduces the risk of splinters on any surface that comes into skin contact — benches, walls, and trim alike. Available in 1-foot and 10-foot lengths, you can choose the run that best matches your layout and minimizes off-cut waste.

Sauna wood is not free shipping. Length, piece count, profile, and weight set the rate. These are the Bathing Brands contiguous-US flat rates. Canada is the same table plus $100. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote addresses are quoted.

BOARDS UP TO 8'

Under 40 pieces generally ships FedEx Ground in cardboard. Over 40 pieces generally ships LTL with a liftgate on a wood pallet. The longest board in the order sets the rate tier.
