Thermo-Aspen 1×4 Nickel-Gap Tongue & Groove Paneling brings the stability and refined look of thermally modified aspen to sauna walls and ceilings. The thermal modification process drives out moisture and resins, producing a board that moves less with humidity swings than kiln-dried lumber — an important quality in an environment where temperature and steam levels change constantly.

The nickel-gap profile creates a narrow, consistent reveal between each board as it goes up. That shadow line gives the finished wall a clean, intentional appearance without requiring any additional trim work to look complete. At 15 mm × 90 mm (nominal 1×4), the boards are sized for efficient coverage and straightforward handling during installation.

Lengths run from 1 ft through 10 ft, so you can order boards sized to your wall height or ceiling run and minimize cut waste on the job.

Under 40 pieces generally ships FedEx Ground in cardboard. Over 40 pieces generally ships LTL with a liftgate on a wood pallet. The longest board in the order sets the rate tier.
