This aspen tongue-and-groove paneling is milled to a 1x5 nickel-gap profile, meaning each board face measures approximately 120mm wide with a 15mm thickness. The nickel-gap detail leaves a small, consistent reveal between boards once installed — a clean shadow line that gives the wall or ceiling a crafted, intentional look without relying on decorative trim to finish the joint.

Aspen is a traditional sauna wood chosen for its low resin content, which means it won't bleed sap onto skin or benches when the room reaches temperature. It also stays relatively cool to the touch under radiant heat, making it practical for walls and ceilings where contact is likely. The tongue-and-groove milling keeps boards aligned during installation and allows for natural wood movement as humidity cycles through a sauna session.

Under 40 pieces generally ships FedEx Ground in cardboard. Over 40 pieces generally ships LTL with a liftgate on a wood pallet. The longest board in the order sets the rate tier.
