MINIMAL MAINTENANCE REQUIRED

The plunge requires no regular maintenance beyond two simple steps:

1) To ensure the longevity of your plunge and preserve its utilities, we recommend managing the water's pH & alkalinity to prevent corrosion. You can do this by testing your water and adding PH increase/decrease & alkalinity increase/decrease when needed. View our Amazon store for our recommended chemicals.

2) We advise that filter cartridges are replaced every 4 weeks (or as per usage), with affordable and readily available options on our Amazon storefront

Designed for hassle-free enjoyment, simply plug it in, fill it up, and indulge for months to come. While occasional drainage and refilling may be preferred, the ozone generator excels in sanitizing and maintaining crystal-clear water.

ELECTRICAL INFO

All our cold plunges are equipped with a GFCI water-resistant controls box for added safety. The ozone system is set to operate for 2 hours daily on a timer. The pump is designed for continuous, 24/7 operation. The chiller is self-regulating, activating as necessary to maintain the desired water temperature. With a working current of 3A: 1/4HP & 4.5A: 1/2HP respectively. 

WATERPROOF INFO

With the exception of the chiller, all components of the plunge bath are fully waterproof. While the chillers are designed to operate in moist environments, we recommend protecting your chiller if you plan to use your plunge exclusively outdoors.

WARRANTY

Enjoy a 1-year limited warranty on all parts. Our quick-connect fittings make all components easily replaceable—simply pop off and pop on any utilities. This design ensures mobility and enables you to conveniently service the plunge yourself if any repairs are needed over time.

FILLING & DRAINING

The plunge features a fill & drain valve that conveniently connects to a standard outdoor hose. To fill attach a hose to the valve and fill to the desired level. To drain the water, simply unplug your plunge, attach a hose, and direct the water to your desired location.
